Official White House Position On Sotomayor Appointment: Don't Tell The Truth

This White House is at it again. In response to a very astute comment by Newt Gingrinch, the White House has basically said that telling the truth about this woman will not be tolerated.

Here is what Newt said:

"A white man racist nominee would be forced to withdraw. A Latina woman racist should also withdraw."

As was published here, as well in varied other places, Sotomayor is on record with her racism. So what Newt is saying is the absolute truth. If a white male racist were appointed he'd already have been forced to withdraw his name. Shouldn't the same fate await Sotomayor?

Note the official White House response to Newt:

"I think it is probably important for anybody involved in this debate to be exceedingly careful with the way in which they’ve decided to describe different aspects of this impending confirmation,” Gibbs said.

Gibbs, of course, is the adolescent (in maturity) schoolboy (also in maturity) turned White House Press Secretary. As such he speaks for the White House and the Obama administration.

So it appears their official response to accusations that Sotomayor is a racist is: "You better not tell the truth about this woman's racism because we don't like when you do!"

Isn't it wonderful having these bozos run our country?

o.t. - i wanted to pass on some very useful information to you and you may know about it or not - a very good friend of ours told us to put stock salt out for the deer at our cabin so pop put some out in two spots and the deer dug up two eighteen inches wide by one foot deep holes and when it rained of course the salt seeped into the ground!

we've never had a reaction like that even with the buck blocks we've put out - i told pop, "next time put the stock salt out at four to six foot intervals and we won't have to rent a post hole digger!"
